As much as I hate to admit it, I use Mail as a to-do list. That’s not a good thing. Tera Thomas O’Brien has at least one answer.
After rummaging through a few dozen to-do apps and task manager apps I came to the conclusion that email is used as a to-do list because it’s there, it’s convenient, it’s free. My search through various apps led me to Reminders and Notes which work very well together and sync well between macOS and iOS.
Increasingly, that is my criteria, too. One app, works on each device.
I found a number of to-do apps and task managers worthy of a look. Taskade sits on the list as worthy because it combines basic functions– tasks, outlines, notes, collaboration, sharing, and easy organization.
Not bad. I wonder why Mail on Mac is so poor at integrating with any to-do list app, including Reminders.
