Nobody skewers quite like Kate when somebody complains Apple Watch cannot tell time:
Let’s think about that for a moment. Way back in the day, as far into the past as, oh, what? Five years? I could tell time the old fashioned way. I would tilt my wrist toward my face, glance down at my watch– usually with two simultaneous motions– and decipher the time on my watch.
What about modern smartwatches?
Instead of the old fashioned way, these days I tilt my wrist toward my face, glance down at Apple Watch– also simultaneous motions– and get the time. And weather. And steps. And Reminders. And Calendar. And, well, you get the idea.
Why did Kate get so upset? Troy Wolverton:
Apple Watch still fails at its most basic function — telling the time
Wonderful response from Kate.
