Tera’s view of the new Macs:
First, Apple deleted the entry-level MacBook from the line. That made MacBook Air the new entry-level king and Apple cut the price tag by $100, gave it the third generation butterfly keyboard design, and added the highly touted True Tone display.
Second, Apple replaced the entry-level MacBook Pro with a 13-inch MacBook Pro that comes with both Touch Bar and Touch ID, True Tone display, and the latest Intel Inside.
And, lower prices for SSD storage.
